Paul founded Willisia limited as a new dynamic and differentiated consultancy with a sales focused approach.

Since 2005, Paul has worked extensively in fast-moving consumer goods in various categories including personal and home care.

He works with company leadership on delivering demand centric growth for clients and established a proven track record of generating new clients, volume growth and sustainable margin at a level in line with market expectations.

Paul brings a global perspective to his work, having managed a variety of country-specific and global issues for clients

Adam Massie

Head of Recruitment

Adam has been headhunting for over 8 years and has a real passion for people and their development. He has recruited across a wide range of the property industry, including construction, property finance and development, so has an unrivalled understanding of all areas contributing to the success of the sector.

With experience working as a Category Manager for a well known convenience retailer, as well as Buying Controller for a wholesale distributor and Product Development Manager for a manufacturer, Jody brings a wealth of knowledge in product, purchasing, supply chain, pricing and promotion as well as project management and marketing.

Data led decision making, in depth customer experience analysis and managing the process end to end are her speciality.
